You should not be fooled by the word ‘basic’ in the name of this course.
Most people don’t get good jobs because they don’t have basic communication skills. Some of them have a lot of knowledge about their subjects but don’t know how to express themselves at all.

This course teaches you the basics of communication skills. It lays stress on functional knowledge. The aim ultimately is to make you able to communicate
in the office environment.
